Gamestah yesterday announced via Twitter that they have decided to waive the $100 entry fee that was previously required to enter their EGSS Heroes of the Storm league. The start date has also been pushed back to 11 October in order to allow teams time to sign up.
According to the tweet, the decision has been made after the organisation received community feedback about the fee. The league requires at least four teams sign up in order for it to be viable.

The round robin league will run every Tuesday. Once each team has played each other, the top two teams will come up against each other in the Grand Final for a shot at the cash prize.
With the entry fee waived, the prize pool has now decreased to to $500. The winner will receive $300 and the runner up will score $200.
